Standard turnaround time varies by test type and may range from 7 to 21 business days.

Delays may occur due to sample quality, volume of orders, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

Refunds may only be granted before laboratory processing begins.

No refund will be issued once the sample has entered the testing process.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

DNA Testing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the test.
